Shipping & Delivery

How quickly do you dispatch orders?


All orders are dispatched within 1 – 3 business days and are sent via Hermes or Royal Mail which means your order will be with you as quick as a flash! ( Select your prefered option at checkout) Please allow slightly longer for dispatch during our busiest times of the year! We will announce any extended period on our homepage.




How long will my delivery take to arrive?


We use a FULLY TRACKED Service with either Hermes or Yodel as standard for all orders. Hermes and Yodel aim to deliver your order within 2 - 3 days after it has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your order throughout. Want your order sooner? Uprgrade to Hermes Express Delivery for delivery aim just 24 hours after dispatch. Please note: if you choose to upgrade to Express Shipping, you will receive your order 24 hours* after we have dispatched it. Please take our 1 - 3 business day dispatch time into consideration. *90% of orders arrive next day however please allow 2 days before contacting us




Do you offer Next Day delivery?


We are currently unable to offer a Next Day delivery service. If you choose to upgrade to our Express Shipping, you will receive your order 24 hours* after we have dispatched it. Please take our 1 - 3 business day dispatch time into consideration when upgrading to this option. If you need your order urgently, please email or give us a call and we can always do our best to help. *90% of orders arrive next day however please allow 2 days before contacting us




Can I collect my order?


We offer a free collection service on all orders. Simply select 'Pick Up' at checkout to collect your order directly from us. We'll let you know as soon as it is ready to collect! The collection Post Code is WS1 4AB
We are operating a contact free collection, when collecting please ring the doorbell and then step away from the door to allow us to place your order on the floor for you to collect. You will need to show us your collection order on your confirmation email.




Do you Deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands?


Yes we do, simply select a Royal Mail Service at checkout





Gift Options

Can I add a Gift Note to my order?


You can add a gift note to your Gift Box order quickly and easily (and for free!) by using our ‘Gift Note’ option on any of our product pages. All you need to do is add your note into the box on the product page, add the product to cart, and you will be able to see your gift note in your cart and at checkout. We will print your gift note on one of our labels and place them on the inside of the delivery box.




Do you offer Gift Wrapping?


Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping for our products. It’s just one of those things that is difficult to ensure arrives exactly as what we would like once it’s made it’s journey through the postal system (we all know how heavy handed some couriers can be!). All of our gift boxes come packaged with tissue paper and packing to make them as presentable as possible and with the option to add a personal message sticker to the inside of the box. If there is anything at all we can help with though, please drop us an email and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
